These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the website, courses, community, and digital products (collectively, the "Products") offered at powersystemscollective.com.

The Power Systems Collective ("PSC," "we," "us," or "our") is a brand jointly operated by Golden Digital Marketing Agency and Magnetic Abundance. References to "we" in this Agreement include both operating entities.

By purchasing, accessing, or using the Products, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase or use the Products. The Products are intended for users located in the United States.

2. License and Permitted Use

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Products for your personal or internal business use. You may not share, resell, redistribute, copy, record, or republish any portion of the Products, share your login credentials, or use the Products to create competing courses, templates, or materials.

3. Intellectual Property

The Products — including all content, curriculum, videos, templates, workflows, designs, logos, trademarks, and associated materials — are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of Golden Digital Marketing Agency, Magnetic Abundance, or their licensors. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the Products except for the license granted under this Agreement.

4. Payments, Billing, and Cancellation

Pricing for courses and membership is displayed at checkout. Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis until canceled. You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing [email protected]; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no partial-month refunds are issued. Founding-member pricing is locked for the life of your continuous membership; if your membership lapses or is canceled, founding rates are not guaranteed upon rejoining.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Products and the immediate access provided upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds are issued. Please review the Product details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about whether a Product is right for you, contact us at [email protected] before completing your purchase. If you do not receive access to your purchase, contact us at [email protected] with your transaction details and we will ensure prompt delivery.

6. Earnings and Results Disclaimer

The Products are educational in nature. We make no guarantees, promises, or representations regarding income, revenue, business growth, or specific results from using the Products. Any examples, testimonials, or case studies are not typical and are not a guarantee of your results. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your background, effort, and market conditions.

7. Not Professional Advice

Content within the Products is provided for general educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making business, legal, or financial decisions.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

The Products may reference or integrate with third-party platforms and tools (including, without limitation, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, Zoom, and AI software). We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, performance, or policies of any third-party service, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

9. Community Conduct

Access to the PSC community and live calls is a privilege. You agree not to spam, solicit, harass other members, or share other members' information or content outside the community. We may remove content or revoke community access, at our discretion, for conduct that violates this Agreement.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Digital Marketing Agency, Magnetic Abundance, and their owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Products. Our total liability for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Golden Digital Marketing Agency, Magnetic Abundance, and their respective owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Products, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license and access to the Products at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Products and destroy any copies in your possession. Sections 3, 6, 7, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Products is also governed by our Privacy Policy, last updated January 20, 2026, available on our website. By using the Products, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting the updated Agreement on our website, and the "Last Updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Products after any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this Agreement limits any non-waivable rights you may have under the Maryland Consumer Protection Act or other applicable consumer protection laws.

17. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Products and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, whether written or oral.
